What happened in QuickBooks Connect 2018
How was QuickBooks Connect 2018 for everyone? For those who have attended and those who were thinking about attending but haven’t, here is a recap on what happened at the conference this year.
Organized by Intuit, QuickBooks Connect took place at the San Jose Convention Center from November 5-7, 2018. Accounting professionals, business owners, and app developers gathered as a community to share knowledge and meet each other in person, not to mention that many well-known people such as Mindy Kaling, actor, writer, producer and director, and Alex Rodriguez, founder and CEO of A-Rod Corp, attended as main stage speakers to add to the excitement!

QuickBooks launched many new functions this year, to name a few: progress invoicing helps you bill customers for ongoing projects and get paid when each stage of the project is completed, email integration helps you organize projects in QuickBooks, and more!

At the QB Connect conference, all the app companies are there to demonstrate functions and explain the process for end users. You might even meet the founder of the app there! The in-person meeting really helps when you need some immediate customer service!
